Is it possible to take the SHSAT after Freshman year during the summer?

I'm just wondering because my friend said that he heard from our history teacher said that you can take the test over the summer. I just want to prove him wrong.

  2. Actually, i have heard that you can take the test over the summer as well, but i heard that you can only take it in the summer if you moved in from another state during that summer.
