Is it possible to tansfer collected frequent flier miles points to other accounts?

we use to go abroad during summer vacation to go visit my dad who;s working in U.A.E., we;ve been a frequent flier on Emirates airlines and it;s just like 2 years back then that we heard about the airlines frequent flier miles, i just like to know if transferring frequent flier mile points will be possible, we would just like to send some to my dad for use in future going back to work and have vacation here in Philippines / HongKong.. much like transferring points from my mother;s account to my father;s ... is it really possible..? and i just would like to know when can we ever get our Skywards card.. i haven;t called the airlines yet.. i just would like to know for use in future.. and how about the lost miles points on Skysurfers.. can we still have it back and have it loaded up on our Skysurfers card...? so much for questions.. apologies.. i;m not quite much for airplanes travelling other countries.. i just would like to get some more info... thanks

  1. This site has a lot of useful information regarding their FF program, but I don't see any mention of the ability to transfer points, like with other airlines such as United or USAirways
