Is it possible to track someone down without paying money?(uk)?

this woman abused someone i know a few years ago and had to go to prison for child molestation. I think she has the same name and lives in the same part of the country(wales) , although her surname might have changed if shes married. I know she moves around a bit. Any idea how i can track her down without spending money on search sites and without her finding out.

no, i dont think ur find her, after coming out of prison for child molestation they get new identity, name changed even looks, she is probably located in a little village somewhere,

but if u was to search for her then u would have to pay,

Yes, you just find someone who has a copy of UK-Info Disc, it contains the complete electoral register (voters roll) on DVD

I'd tell you, but I am very suspicious of your motives especially as you already virtually state you have been to one of her previous houses. She's been in prison and done her time, you will get in very serious trouble if you attempt any vigilante action.
