Is it possible to transfer post offices and have my parcels delivered somewhere else?

Put in a request for address change at the Post Office.  They will direct all your mail to the new address.

You can rent a PO box anywhere you want, but some of your utilities will give you a hard time.  After you sign up for your PO box you will receive a restricted delivery certified letter that only you will be able to sign.
