real player doesn't convert to mp4.

this will help you... use 'zillatube'

it is the easiest  (and also the  fastest) way.

Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more. E.g saving and converting them to mp3, mp4, mpg, avi, etc.  for mp3/mp4 player/itunes, phone, windows movie maker/media player, powerpoint, etc.
