Is it possible to travel from venice to the airport around 3am?

My flight is 8am. I need to reach Marco Polo Airport by 6am.

Is there any transportation from Venice to the airport at this hour?

Is it better to stay at Mestre or Venice Mainland?

i don't think you need 3 hours to get to the airport, but reserve a taxi the day before you are ready to go.  stay on venice mainland if you want to be close to the scenic areas..

Stay in Venice area there are taxis and the bus stop is located near the train terminal about 5 minute walk. but lets keep in mind that the marcopolo airport is always closed at night it is opened every morning around 5 or 6 can remember exactly the time. Also from venice it only takes about 15 minutes if you ride a cab.

first of all Venice mainland and Mestre are the same thing. Mestre is on the mainland of Venice. Maybe you meant Venice islands or Mestre. The answer depends on why you're asking. If it is to reach the airport more easily, then the answer is Mestre. If it is for the scenery, then Venice itself.
