Yes. Look up "Cooks Continental Timetable" which is published monthly. I think the bahn website given by a previous respondent is based on this.

Obviously you would only do this journey by rail for the experience or for love of trains, or possibly because you care about the damage air travel is doing to the ozone layer. It is cheaper as well as quicker to fly.
