Is it possible to tune the engine in brand new pulsar200 for mileage particularly?

What type of Mileage? Gas Mileage or overall length that the engine will last? You can tune any sort of engine to give you better gas mileage, some harder than others.

To give you better gas mileage: Take a look at the manual, if it is carbureted, simply lean it out. If it is injected, you still should be able to, it just will be harder.

Overall length: Make sure it always have fresh oil, (And the correct type!) and just in general that all of the fluids are fresh and clean.
