Is it possible to turn an image.png into Jpeg?

Im tryin to put an image up, but the site only holds Jpeg.lol.

Here is the easy way to save photos as jpg/jpeg files. Right click on the photo click "save picture as" check the box at the bottom is set to jpg and "save" and the file is automatically saved as jpg.

I go to http://www.picnik.com/

When u save images on there, it becomes jpeg.
