I've always wondered whether it is possible to do this. If there's a way, let me know. Thanks!

  1. Only If You Have Windows Vista.

  2. I was looking for something like this (by being annoyed by all those midi/flash music from websites spoiling my music on local computer) and came across this one. It's called Flashmute

This definitely gives great control on volume management. Try it. I have a feeling, it might fit your requirement

  3. No. Soz.

Unless Windows Media Player is one of the windows. Then you can drag the slider down to mute.

Internet? Uh, you have both volumes up or you don't have either up.

Hope this helps in one way or another.
