now, u still have the opportunity to go back to school, get an education and after a few years, maybe ur criminal record (if u have one) will go away and look into investing into ur interests so that u dont get involved with the wrong crowds that will eventually drag u back into a life of drugs.alcohol and crime

  7. Yes I did I was an addict in my day once an addict always one... but the important thing is if your active or not and I am not.

It is just the way a person perceives what is most important to them. You saw the way things were and chose not to go that route and that was a wonderful choice to make so now your get what we call your priorities straight in your life. Your Growing UP! I am proud to see you take this step and see you taking it in the right perspective. Congratulations!!!!

  9. If you're down, theres no where to go but up.

You should read about Josh Hamilton. He plays for the Texas Rangers. That should inspire you.

  10. yeah, at 21 i got a wife settled down did the whole kids, and cat thing. the old lady and kids drove me nuts, we had a lot of breaks, and i hit the bottle. i ended up crippled, she dumped me i became a drunk. went to jail a few times and been in the drunk tank every couple weeks. i figger some of us just get dealt a sh*tty hand by fate so i just accept it.
