just delete the old video and put the new one in. if that doesnot work then make it a same name and just put improve so people know that one has better quaility

No, it doesn't work that way, but you can use the "annotate" option and add links or additional info that pops up on the video.

No, but what I'd do is update it, and depending on how many views is has - leave the other one on. If it has alot, then leave it on and set your new video as a Video Response so that people will see it.
