Is it possible to upgrade my computer's processor?

I have a Dell XPS M1210 with a processor that has 1.83 GHz but I want one with 2.0 GHz - is this possible?

You would have to check with the manufacture, as anytime your upgrade soemthing important like that, all h**l could break lose with your motherboard if it isn;t the right type.

Yeah its 100% upgradable. But you will wont see a difference going from 1.83 to 2.0 GHz. Its better if you upgrage to 2.4 or 3.0

Yes, it is possible but you will hardly notice any difference going from 1.8 to 2.0 Ghz. Also this will void your warranty and you should not do it unless you have experience in notebook assembly.

It is not, and if it were, you would never notice such a small difference in processing.
