Is it possible to use *67 when calling overseas? How would I do it?

I live in USA, but I want to surprise a friend who lives in China.

Would the whole *67 thing work for overseas?

Also, if it does work, in what order do I put the number in?

I'm guessing I would push *67, then 1 (because it's long distance...), and then the number. right?

  3. no, it does not work for overseas calls........but you always can use a calling card! No one will recognize the number anyway!

    or just use any SIP computer to call....like voice.yahoo.com or Skype....ooVoo.com is kinda cool too!
