  1. Yes it's possible.... just put in your email and password and your info will be downloaded to the new PS3.

  3. Yes, you can... and do more than just that!!! if you sign in someone else account info into your PS3 you can download most of the stuff that the person bought for free ("game sharing") but i don't recommend doing this with someone your not good friends with
