My office has two independent landline phone set with independent numbers. If I buy the exactly same company's same cordless phone for each, what happens? As long as they use the same frequency (for example DECT), each receiver hear both phones??

  1. Yes it will be ok.

  2. will not cause problems, but I would not suggest getting to exactly the same phones for two seprate phone lines only for the fact that if you put the wrong handset onto the wrong base, you are going to pair the handset to that base and therefore that number, then there wont be a phone paired to the other line....

at least label the phone and base if you are going to do this... or if possible get 2 diffrent colors...

EDIT... or just get a DECT 2 line phone with multiple handsets... thats probably your best option..

  3. yes, you can have  it!!!

  4. yes as long as they are not on the same freq.
