Is it possible to walk on Monte Testaccio in Rome?

Its an ancient rubbish dump of broken amphorae left over from the Roman Empire. I am wondering if it is possible to walk to the summit, or is it fenced off?

  1. Yes it's fenced off!!!

    Monte Testaccio is an archaeological place. Walking on Monte Testaccio as like as walking on Tutankhamen's mummy!!!


  2. Monte Testaccio is full of clubs!!! It isn't fragile at all.
