if your computer has an s-video socket then you can buy an s-video cable to connect it up. they're not too expensive

It all depends, if you have an lcd tv you can hook it up directly to the computer with a vga cable. You would have to buy a vga cable long enough to reach(vga cable would have to be male to male). Another way if you get a vga(or what ever output to monitor you have to rca) converter you can find them on ebay.
