Is it possible to watch videos in windows mobile pocket pc?

i am decided to buy an windows mobile 5 pcket pc but i heard that 3G is required to play videos in windows mobile if anybody knows about it pls answer

Yes you can watch movies.  I've done it on my Dell Axim.  The movies I had were ripped from personal DVDs.  You do need to change the format of them so they will fit the screen better and be a smaller file size.
