Is it possible to work full time with only a student visa(Australia)?

If no then what type of courses are take less time to study and more time for work?

Everything is possible. But ofcourse, according to the  Student Visa, you can only for a couple of hours per week. I think its about 20-40 hours per week you can work. You  should not exceed the working hours limit.

If you want to permananetly work there, then get there with study visa. Go for a good and short course that can get you a good job there. Then you can extend your visa to work visa.

Part time courses are not available in Australia. Moreover your student visa will ONLY be issued once you fulfill the conditions of pursuing your course full time. This has to be certified by the institution where you want to study.

I don't think that you can work full time with Student VISA but if you are student of Tourism and Hospitality industry you can try some short term courses like Event management, Still you are allowed to work at Part time only..

technically your student visa only allows you to work 20 hrs a week the reason for this is u r expected to have enough funds to study and support yourself during your studies and also so employers dont exploit students who need time to study

however there are ways to get around this legally ...some courses require you to do 900hrs of work  in your field so this equates to aprox 20 hrs per week

Now because it is a part of your course requirement to do these 900hrs over 2 yrs ... these hours are not counted towards your 20hrs per week work as stated on your visa

So to put it simply if you enrolled in a course required you to work in that fields you cud do 20hrs in ur field plus up to 20hrs in any other job

Technically, you are not allowed to do fulltime work while you're on a student visa. But there are courses which allows you to work full time because it's part of the course requirement.
