Is it possible to write a hit song, in Cebu, and get it on radio worldwide?

If so...how do you do it? Let's just pretend, that some guy has wrote a killer song....and he is in Cebu.....what does he do to get it to the world??

Thats a good question. HAve been wondering about the same idea for quite some time. Me and my band wanna become major but we don know exactly how..

First up, find a studio and record it.  Then get an agent to take it to the record companies.  You really need an agent.  If you can't find one, write to the record companies and ask them to recommend one for you.   Good luck.
