Is it possible xp can be activated after 120 day's?

I understand the thirty day limitation . But I believe that after 120 days the original CD key can be used again to activate windows ,

It can be activated at any time, but after 30 days, Windows will be locked down until it is activated.

The original CD can be used anytime. It's the Setup key that Microsoft watches for a few months.
