Is it possilble that i use the images or photos serching from internetnet and post them on my website?

If i get it from Flick, do i need to ask a person who take a photo first before i i can use it? Please help

if it's not copyrighted, your fine.  remember, the internet is public domain, if it's not copyrighted, you can use it.

You need to get an ok from the person who took the photo.

You definitely will need permission from the owner of the photo. This is stated in the Terms & Conditions of Flickr.
