its totally fine. he wont get in trouble unless it can be proved that he seduced you while you were underage. as long as you are both consenting adults go for it.

Of course you can date him. He wouldn't get fired because your not a student there anymore. I had a friend her cousin got married to one of her professor at her University hes still working there,
