yes you have to start easy don't worry if it falls it wont if you do like stop for a minute and think then do it with being worried it will fall it will fall but just doing it as fast as possible without worrying at all it will not

well of course the plates and glasses are going to move.

but the way to find out is in an experiment.

take a glass full of water and then have a sheet of carboard over it.. and sitting ontop of the cardboard is an egg. pull out the cardboard.. if you do this right the egg should fall right into the glass full of water. =]

YES.. I even learned how to do it.. you have to be very fast.. if you hesitate.. you will fail.  Start with one or two dishes or plates and work your way up... it's not rocket science.
