Is it "Blast to the past" or "blast from the past"?

I found a bunch of older pics from the 90s of me that I was gonna put on my myspace as it's own album, but can't figure out what the correct way to title it is...

it is blast from the past,but then that usually gives you a blast to the past.but it's from.

I always say Blast from the past, but don't know if that it totally accurate.
