Even if they are willing at other times. Or if a woman doesn't verbally say no but uses force against the man who is trying to sleep with her.

  1. Yes

Forcing her against her will is Rape

  2. Of course it is! What else would you call that? Even if she doesn't say no if she is using force against the guy there's a good chance that she's not interested.

  3. yup it is

  4. well rape is when someone does not want to have s*x and the other person still forces them to do so..rape can also be consider if the person is under 18 and sleeps with someone older then that its also a case of rape..hope this helps

  5. YES it is...

    Even if you are Married...

    Call 911...

  6. yes it is rape once a woman says no.  Even if they had s*x before....Husbands can rape wives and boyfriends can rape their girlfriends  happens a lot    If a woman is pushing a guy a way and he continues to force himself on her it's rape.     A woman can request a man to put a condom on even while he is raping her it's till considered rape even though she asked to put a condom on.

  7. It is rape.

  8. It's rape.  You are allowed to change your mind.  You are allowed to "have a headache" sometimes.  He is NOT allowed to force himself on your when you don't want it.  Ever.

For the part about "using force" without "saying no,"  that will be very hard to prove if you have had consensual s*x with him previously.  He'll just say "I thought she wanted to play rough."  But if it's some stranger jumping on you, obviously you don't have to say "no" to show it's rape.

  9. Yes, but there are different type of rape that have actually nothing to do with each other and some are not even rape, but are still called rape.

Forcible date rape is when an unmarried couple have s*x and there is a consensual issue. Consent may or may not be given by the woman, but consent is hear-say and only a small amount of these cases are actually heard. Only if there is bruising in the lower part of the v****a, can there actually be rape.

Drug facilitated date rape - similar to above, but with the use of drugs or alcohol. In the event of alcohol, its pointless to hear the case and they are thrown out after a meeting with the judge, but there are date rape drugs and if detected, they case can go forward. It also depends on the vaginal bruising and where it is...

Blitz rape - that's when someone jumps you and rapes you. Vaginal bruising is at the opening, signifying forced entry.

Spousal rape - Only recognized as a form of rape recently. Not recognized as rape in many societies and countries.

College campus rape - same as date rape, but treated lighter by law enforcement. Generally consists of 1-night stands in dorms and blackmailing.

Gang rape - forced to have s*x with many against will.

Incest - s*x with 1-3rd generation family. not recognized in some countries.

Statutory rape - In some countries, the government sets the legal age of consent and thus voiding personal consent. If the minor did not give consent, then it may be upgraded to a true rape charge. Some countries set age limit groups for consent, to reduce child prostitution. Biologically, consent coincides with puberty.

Prison rape - being raped in prison. Pretty much carries little or no charge.

Third-party rape - in some countries, you can be charged with a rape crime even if you witness a rape or a present during but not engage in s*x.

War rape - Some countries have military courts that are separate civil courts and follow different laws. Any civil crimes committed during duty are tried in military courts, even if they are against civilians. In countries, such as the USA, the civil crimes are generally rejected, even in they are filed in a civil court. In such a case, one has to file a case in the International Court of Justice because it does not discriminate when hearing civil crimes during military service. ICJ member countries have to comply with the ruling or have their privileges revoked until they do.

  10. So why would a gal want to have s*x with a guy who previously raped her?

And why haven't you reported it the first time it happened?

Edit: Why the thumbs down?  These will be questions their lawyers will ask you.  You not reporting it the first time it happened and continuing to have s*x with them will make your story not believable.
