  1. Well I am 26 and have no cavities or fillings or anything in my mouth other then my natural teeth, hope I can still say that in 20 years.

  2. You would be considered as lucky.

Im 14, and have had atleast 4 teeth pulled out.

    I think 2 from infections.

I probably have some cavities hiding somewhere right now..

Dont think I'm some fat pig who eats candy and stuff.

I'm just the type of person who gets cavities easily haha.

  3. Yes and lucky! Do bear in mind that if your mouth does not have the right chemistry for the decay bacteria to thrive, chances are that it does have the right chemistry for periodontal disease to thrive. Hate to be a party pooper, but that is usually how it goes. Don't let yourself get lulled into a false sense of security just because you don't have cavities. I have seen many people who never had one cavity lose their teeth to gum disease. Keep your regular dental visits and keep your teeth!

  4. no it's not rare.

    it's rare to have none.

  5. It's not as rare as it used to be. Between myself and my 4 siblings born between 1956 and 1966, we have a total of 6 fillings, no root canals, and 1 crown (due to cracking a tooth on a popcorn kernel). I know we didn't inherit our good teeth because our dad had false teeth by the time he was 40 and mom has a mouth full of fillings and caps. I think it probably has something to do with the fluoride in our drinking water and good dental hygiene.
