Is it rare to find a friend whose always been there for you no matter what and has truely been a "FRIEND"?

I myself find it hard to find a genuine friend in life and im wondering if I could ever find a true friend one day. Not someone who talks bad about me behind my back or all together is for you and not against you. I have friends but there just not the friends I could tell my business to w/o worrying they would tell someone else. Maybe its me. I hope Im not alone. I know Im not but I just wanted to vent my opinion on the matter at hand.

To my personal experience, true "friends" are people you dont hang out a lot, and you've known since your childhood. These people dont know much about you, but whatever the situation will always regard you as a friend. Usually someone slightly older will always be there for you.

Yes, it's VERY possible. I have one. She's been my friend for eleven years, and we consider each other sisters. I call her mom "mom". She calls my mom "mom". Same for other family. LOL. She's 3 years older than me. I can always turn to her. She has never talked about me in a mean way, same for me. And we have our fights from time to time, but who doesn't? It's a part of friendship.

I found my best friend early in life. You will find one. It may just take a little more time. <3

me and my friends are really good freinds, even if we're not close we still respect one another and care about each other. not many people have these type of friends but when you do have them you are soo lucky to have them especially when you're upset. you're not the one to blame, they come when they come.
