  1. playing poker is a pretty tough thing to do and win on a consistent basis, if you are looking for a serious second income opportunity I highly encourage you to check out the link below and listen to the audio presentation. E-mail me back if interested. I got involved with this about a month ago and it's going great so far. Good luck!

  2. Poker isn't a good source of income

Even for the pro's they have to get another job

Most of the time you will lose more money than you put in

    gambling.

  3. Some people Can do this and some people Suck at it and Lose everything. It depends on which one you think you are. Then there is the Addiction that can come with it. Be careful, I know Plenty that cannot Stop once they get Started.

  4. You can make some extra money playing poker as a second income, provided you have developed the necessary skills at the game. A lot depends on your approach to the game and how you decide to try it.

I play only NL hold em tournament poker, both MTT ans SNG, with a mix of freerolls and buy in games. In many of these tournaments it is not that difficult to reach the cashout point and with some luck you can finish in the upper levels or even win them.

At a lot of sites online, there is an advantage to playing a tight aggressive game in SNG tournaments that occur between 7PM and 11PM EST. A lot of part time new players or inexperienced players seem to play then, and will enter these tourney and play loose, since they seldom have much patience. Tight aggressive play can pay off in this situation.

    It works for me, lol.

    Good luck at the tables.

  5. How realistic it is, depends on you.  Either you are good enough to make a second income or you are not.  It can be done, but many have tried and failed.
