is the world really going to end in december 21,2007??? i read some stuff about it. I'm honestly not sure what to think.. whats your opinon about this situation.? is there any good sites you know of with good information?

I have some good news and some bad news. Today is December 22, 2007 and I'm still alive! (Hopefully you are too). The bad news is, you probably wasted your time reading one of those magazines with nothing but lies.

Will the world end on Winter Solstice, 2012? Who knows? However you are probably referring to the Mayan prophecy. You must understand that metaphor is deeply linked with ancient prophecy. I do believe that the world will someday end, but 2012 is unlikely. That doesn't necessarily negate the Mayans though. The Mayans may have simply meant that "the world as we currently know it" will end. Change is the only constant after all.
