Is it really fair that women get to wear all the fun & comfortable clothes in our soceity? They get to wear?

I am refering to Office wear primarily.

No, you really ought to be annoyed about shoes. Women have much more chose and much nicer shoes. In more colours. Guys are kind of left out. It's not fair - but it's only going to change if you make it. Go on, start wearing stillettos. Or buy a kilt and wear with a silk shirt. No one could be offended by that. Future generations of men will thank you for it.

Guy clothes are starting to get a bit more fashionable, but remember women spend a lot more on clothes. Men can wear the same suit to every wedding they go to in a year but if a women wears the same dress twice everyone thinks she's being cheap. One thing I will support is a man's right to not wear a tie. I don't envy that at all!

Does your office have a rule against males wearing skirts? If not, what's the complaint? A guy I used to date switched over to wearing primarily utilikilts as he found them more comfy than trousers. He gets double takes a lot, but is very secure in himself and just goes about his business.

If you want to wear a skirt-like clothing item, then do so. Who is stopping you?

If that is what you wish to wear, specialty shops have such items in your size as well.

And if it makes you feel any better, at least on a hot day, you can take your shirt off.

If you feel like wearing a "comfortable" pair of heels that cause blisters and pain in your ankles...go for it. Who here is stopping you? No one will prohibit you from walking into Aldo and buying a pair of strappy heeled sandals.

I assume that you are just looking for another reason to rail against the system. You poor, poor inconvenienced man! Having to wear stifling pants in the summer to that cushy job that the lucky skirt-wearer might have been more qualified for- if she couldn't wear a skirt, that is. Count your blessings.

it is unfair but it happens to girls too, like if you go to a wedding girls always have to wear dresses whether they want to or not. ( well you can kind of, but people would stare)

No feminists would be against men having to conform to something they don't want. Yes I agree, it's sexist that women are allowed to wear what they want but my poor hubby has to wear black trousers, a shirt and a tie in really hot weather. It's the men that are doing it though.

Men should not be so ego-fragile in this matter and should explore fabrics, colors and fashions as bravely as men typically have throughout history.  I do not know why young men today as so weak in this matter.

Are you kidding me? Comfortable?! Having to wear heels to go along with that skirt...wondering if a good wind is going to come along and blow it up and expose your underwear...wondering why it seems like not one single woman has desigend a bra that is actually comfortable and fits the way it should....wondering if the skirt or dress is too short too long shows off too much not enough....shaving your legs to go along with the skirt....

please...men have it easy...

With all the issues facing us men today, surely you can come up with something more meaningful than women's ability to wear dresses, skirts, and silky stuff?

Try wearing  a kilt.  See if that goes over.
