  4. no i have done it and it hurt i got my finger caurt in the chain and broke it this waz like 3 years ago  

  5. it depends if youre on a stiff swing or a chain swing... if your on a chain swing then yes because you centrifical force is over powered by gravity.  but if you have stiff swings then it can be done almost easily
