No, they ask for money up front and demand unrealistic goals in order to get paid.

If you want to make money on the internet there is really only 1 realiable way. Ebay.

Find something in your area which you have access to and other areas do not. A local craftsmen, or some sort of local manufacturers factory discount and sell those things online. If the supply is steady enough you can post the ads on ebay without actually ever buying the goods. You can wait untill the auction is over. No initial investment.
