Is it really that old? Poll?

Hi! All of the kids in my classes that found out that my mom just turned 51 say that she is old. However, my mom doesn't look old at all, since she is super athletic and she is very tan and toned. (My mom has brown hair, no one in my family has red hair like me, so they are all much tanner.) She had me when she was 37, almost 38, and my dad was 39. Is that really that old? She waited for my dad to get his P.H.D. before having me and my sister. (She had my sister when she was 33.) The people in my class say that it is old, but is it really? I don't think it is.

No. You were raised by wise and experienced parents. Everyone else was raised by teen parents who accidentaly got pregnant

My mom is 49, and she is nothing near old, and I am only a freshman in high school. She is tan, works out, ha big muscles, and a good figure. What matters is what is in your heart. I know 70 year olds who are "older" than some 20 year olds I know. Your mom is your mom, regardless, it doesn't matter what others think. Just love her.

No it isn't! My aunt is 40 and she just had a beautiful baby boy and my dad was also 40 when my baby brother was born.

I wouldn`t say they were ``old``, asI`m 77, and I don`t cosider myself ``old.`` I have a 90 year old brother as well.
