Is it really your own fault if you're in debt?

I don't meant to offend anyone that has lost their job or something.. I am just talking about in some cases. I know the economy is low, but people, be smart with your money. Don't buy a house you can't afford and don't buy a car you can't afford. Is it really that hard? Don't complain you lost your house when you could barely afford it in the first place! It isn't necessary to buy the latest new HDTV with DVR when your other TV works fine that you just bought a few years ago when VHS transfered over to DVD. Does anyone else feel the way I do?

It is ONLY your responsibility to maintain your debt to income.

  7. Creditors prey on the weak with offers of buy now pay later. The every day agerage working person should have a few perks in life otherwise its hard to find a reason to go to work everyday.  Anyone who had a future visual that in 6,9 or 12 months they would be out of a job would be much more frugal..
