  1. It is right to deport anyone who violates immigration and/or other laws.  And if they are too poor to pay their own way it is a terrible wrong to expect others to provide for you.  Deported lawbreakers can have any assets confiscated to pay for the costs of their deportation, and this is morally and legally right, too.

No excuses for lawbreaking.  We don't let off shoplifters who say they "just wanted a loaf of bread."  Work for it, grow the wheat and bake it yourself, whatever.  But you do NOT take from other people what they worked to create and produce.  If you cannot or will not produce enough for you to survive and provide for your minor children's needs, you are just a waste of space.  It is entirely up to you what you do about that, but do not expect others to meet your own responsibilities for you.

  2. It is right to deport people no matter what their financial situation is because they broke the laws. Besides that,if illegals are so poor then why are they over weight and able to pay thousands of dollars to coyotes?

  3. We don't deport them just because they are poor.  We deport them because they are here in violation of US Law.  Believe me I have personally help deport many people with plenty of money that are here illegally taking very high paying jobs from US citizens.  Money has nothing to do with it.

  4. You know with this attitude, anybody could go live in any country. There are some rules to respect and don't forget that life is not easy no matter where you go!

Max Power, could I ask you to take a look at the last question I posted? I saw you work for CBP and I think you could give me an answer. Thank you!

  5. Is it right for me to pay for you to live here?

  6. Citizens of other countries have an obligation, just as Americans do, to force necessary changes on their own governments, either through elections or by revolution.

If they wish to immigrate to another country, the only acceptable means of doing this is according to the laws of the country they wish to go to!

Illegal immigration is a crime and a burden on the citizens of the country illegally invaded.

  7. If a man works for 20 years for a company, and that company moves to another country and he is out of work; and then he can't find another job because illegals will work cheaper than he can to support his family, and he beats up an illegal to take out his frustration, does he go to jail?

    YES!

    Why?

    Because he broke the LAW.

Everyone has a sob story, it does not justify breaking the law.

If an illegal in Independence WI beats an old lady in the head with a bat to rob her, can a citizen beat the illegal with a bat?

    NO!

    Why?

Because that would be breaking the law and everyone would scream racism and it would cause all sorts of problems and make the media.

Why do people keep trying to justify illegals who come here in violation of our laws and yet demand that their rights be protected by the same laws that they think are a joke?

And before anyone attacks me as a racist, illegal and legal are not races, so what race have I mentioned?

This is a simple discussion on whether or not our laws should be enforced or ignored.

Do we need a group consensus to determine which laws should no longer apply, or does each individual get to decide which law he/she doesn't want to obey based on their own particular sob story?

  8. Do the crime you do the time.  In this case the punishment is deportment.  I'm all for it.  If the person would like to come back, do it the legal and proper way.  A coworker is married to an illegal and is worried about him getting caught.  He doesn't want to go back and try the proper way because it will take 6+ months.  They are even looking at trying to get canadian residency first and then come into the US to try and circumvent some road blocks in the system.  They are personally both wonderful people and I am fond of them, I just don't like  his illegal status and the financial toll the status of illegals is taking on the American economy.

  9. No it's not right. But good luck trying to get some of the people on here to understand that. They don't care because they don't understand.

  10. NO!

and they pay there own way to live here by doing the jobs Americans won't do. If there weren't any lazy Americans, there wouldn't be jobs waiting for them!

  11. It is a painful decision but has to be done to prevent oer migration. What is better to do is to have fair trading practices, so that poor countries can develope and then you wont have this problem at all.

  12. They can afford to live in their own country, they just like all the benefits of not paying taxes and welfare. They do not do jobs that Americans won't do, they do jobs much less then what Americans can afford to accept. Illegals send most their money back to their home country, very few pay taxes and most are able to live on the low income by living in small places with large amounts of people. They also receive free health care that is on the American tax payers expense.

  13. No, but that doesn't matter.

    Yanks don't want them here
