  1. The only way to tell is to send all your identity info and your bank account info that they request. Astonishingly a small percentage of those who get an email like that actually do send the info, fee, and enough bank account data to let their account be emptied. If you send it you can join that growing list of those who don't know any better.

    Most likely you are just kidding - at least I hope so.
