A recent review of your account (Customer ID xxxxxxx) has revealed some discrepancies between the information that we have on file for you and the information your bank has. As a result, we must conduct a standard verification procedure. Please understand that we conduct these verification procedures for your security and with your help we can

resolve this issue promptly. The reason we must perform this investigation is because the account you used to make your deposit is located outside the United States and we were unable to confirm your identity as the

account holder.

In order to complete this request you will have to provide us with a

copy of an official photo ID (driver's license or passport) to verify your identity, a copy (front and back) of all the credit cards used on your account and also a copy of a hardcopy statement for each card showing name, address credit card number or a transaction to our company (if you have used a debit card). email documents@gamingsupport.net

  1. Yes of course it is. The sites have to be sure you are who you say you are. This is important to prevent fraud, money laundering and to limit the number of people who create fake accounts to get extra bonuses.

While I understand your worry you shouldn't be betting though a site you don't trust. I've had to do identity verification at least a dozen times so this is standard procedure. I have a Sportsbook.com account and while I have never been required to submit ID to them I keep over $50k in that account and trust them. You have nothing to worry about.

Also the reason they are asking for the ID is because your banking info does not match the info you provided. I assume that means you have them your banking information. If you don't trust them with your ID why did you trust them with you banking info?
