Question:

Is it right, according to the law,to prohibit student to take exams, if balance is not yet settled?

there was an emergency health situation in the family that is why the balance cannot be settled on time and the school will not even listen first to the reason why

  1. No, I thought that they withheld grades, not tests.  That is not right.  I would call them on this.  I would also call the attorney general's office for your state.  


  2. what kind of school are you in!!!!!!! look for another school

If school won't listen, report your case to the Department of Education and file a complaint...if worse comes to worst, go to media....you will see how wide their ears would get just to listen to your request. There are a lot of students out there who share the same predicament as yours.  So stand your ground and assert your right to take the exams despite school balance.
