Is it right for my roommate's boyfriend stay sleeping in her room when she leaves to go to work?

On the weekends, her boyfriend stays over, but she works at 8 am and leaves early. He stays sleeping in her room and then leaves after 12 pm. I asked her to have him leave when she leaves because he is her guest, not mine. He isn't hanging around the house (although he did once), he gets up has some coffee and leaves.

She called me selfish when I asked. What do you think? Am I being selfish? Or do I have the right to an empty house when other rent payers are not home?

 I have that same problem and guess what I was looking to see how to deal with that while I stumbled upon this article. I think I have it worse that you though, even though we have rules that we discussed she still leaves him and he smokes ever 5 mins so I have to inhale that plus she uses my stuff ( grocery and containers) and the worse part she now move in and every time I talk to her about it she says thanks for telling me.
