Question:

Is it right if a couple makes an agreement about the child while arguing and the wife goes back on her part?

If it was a girl the father had no say so in the name but he said fine I'm naming the boy to shut him up the wife said whatever turns out its a boy and now the wife wants to name him so who should get to name him

  1. Aren't there any names you both like?? If not, you choose the middle name or call him by a nickname.  If it had been a girl, would you have let him go back on it?  

    Seems sad that only one parent will choose the name though.


  2. Try to go through a baby books and each mention names you like, write them down. Try to come to an agreement. This is not something you want coming between you.

  3. Hmm...compromise on a name, or let her name the child. She has to carry it, deliver it (ouch), feed it, and will probably be the primary caretaker...unless the name is something that will ruin the child's life-- let her name the kid. It's small when compared to vaginal delivery or a C-section.
