Is it right that the media can invade the Royal Family's privacy?

  1. It depends what you mean by invading privacy. The Royals ,like the rest of us would not welcome cameras in our homes unless they were invited. As for being photographed in public places the media have every right to photograph them  The fine line is when they use telephoto lenses taking shots through windows of when they are on a yacht etc. Would you like that ?


  2. Their job is to be on TV. They can abdicate the thrown if they wish.

  3. Part of being within the Royal Family is being subjected to the public scrutiny, they've known this forever, but as another answerer very well said:  "They will always have the right to abdicate."
