It is only bad if you loose yourself in it, or are being harmed.

Most importantly to not be so submissive you are used in any inhumane or unwanted way.

There's nothing right or wrong about a feeling, only the ways you choose to express it. If submission leads you to greater happiness, deeper intimacy with loved ones, and self-knowledge, then it is very right.

Only if your submissiveness allows for your abuse. Submission is relative. It's not wrong if it's truly who you are.  However, I have a problem with it when it's assigned as a characteristic of my gender as female -especially since I'm far from submissive and have no intention of submitting to anything other than what will keep me out of jail.
