Is it right to kill a friend to save ur own skin?

Ok, here's the situation: your best friend and yourself r running down the street, being chased by zombies. Any zombie catagory will do. They're gaining on you. Is it acceptable to sacrifice your friend, by tripping them for the zombies to devour, to save your own life? And no there r no other alternatives. Its kill or be killed.

It depends on how fast your friend is running.

If they are not trying hard enough then bollocks to them.

if me and a friend were dying on an island, and he died first, id defo eat him, and id expect the same from him

I would never dream of doing that. Thats awful, unfair, and unreasonable. But if I were truly in a situation where I was being chased by zombies that would certainly eat me, who knows what I would do. I might actually get so freaked out that I would trip the friend. Now I feel bad!

Why does it have to be there are no alternatives? Why not die with your friend? This whole take it or leave it doesn't work for me. There's always the option of doing nothing.
