like when going out in public and noticing how dumb most people are and act?

  1. It isn't rude, so long as you keep your judgmentalism to yourself. Just be aware that while you are busy judging others, they may be saying the same thing about you to themselves in their minds. Many individuals don't know how to put their best foot forward in public, and you are obviously one of them, based on your own question.

    Instead of judging others, which is negative, try to think about what you could personally do to make society better.

  4. No.  We need our convictions.  Treating people badly because of their behavior is not good. We should gently repremand people.
