Whenever I'm bloated (from eating or PMS), I like to unbutton and/or unzip my pants, because they get so tight! Is it rude to do this in public?

  5. Yes it's rude, and it makes the people around you uncomfortable. Buy some more comfortable pants - you might need to accept the need for elastic waists.

Either that, or get on an exercise program that will firm up the flab.

  6. Yes, it's disgusting.  You could complete the picture by simultaneously belching and farting.  Or you could mend your wicked ways by wearing clothes that fit, not gorging yourself and getting in shape.

  7. An adult is supposed remain fully dressed at all times; the one exception being the removal of a sweater or jacket as an adaptation to temperature.  If this bloating is a regular problem, wear pants with an elastic waistband on those occasions when you are eating out.  If you are wearing a long top that hides the waist band of your pants (both sitting and standing), visit the bathroom and unbutton or unzip slightly. Don't do it at the table or you will feel your great-grandmother's wrath rising from her grave.

  8. Yes

  9. Yes.  Seriously.
