Is it safe and/or healthy for me to feed my robo dwarf hamster Kix cereal?

I feed him it a few times and he seems to like it, but is it really safe?

Kix cereal. I am not sure if that is sweetened or not. I know that it does have sugar in, 3 grams. But the way you make it sound you just gave it a few puffs. This should be fine as it is a more healthy cereal. Just remember like the person above me said, remember to feed it normal hamster food. As just remember this is good as long as it is given in moderation.
