Is it safe for a 14 year old to use Crest White Strips?

I've already asked this question before, but I didn't get much help. Is it safe for a 14 year old to use Crest White Strips?

I heard that they can remove your enamel from your teeth. I have bought the Crest White Strips Classic, where you use them for 14 days.

Any help would be great.

yes it's perfectly fine, no harm done.

Crest White Strips are much safer than lots of other things a 14 year old could get on their teeth, like Coke or lemonade, for example, that eat away tooth enamel very quickly.
