not its not safe especially if its in litter because the litter could be hazardous.the reason dogs like to eat cat p**p is because it is rich in vitamins and minerals, ewe i know that may sound weird but its true. Also like the other user said the cat may have parasite whether you know it or not and it could be pass on to the dog and that could not be healthy for it. It's not safe for any dog to eat cat p**p. The cat could have parasites which could then be passed onto the dog.

Dp you have a pregnant dog that is eating cat p**p? Don't let it do that. The dog is probably doing that because it smells the nutrients found in the p**p. If the dog is pregnant and eating the p**p, then it could get ecoli, and if it gets ecoli, then the developing babies will too! You should buy some special dog food with extra calcium and vitamins in it to help the dog stay healthy, and to help make the puppy healthy too.
